    Got NTL digital a couple of months ago and have been happy overall. However I appear to have a problem with the guide feature on my small Pace decoder. 90% of the time, when I hit the Guide button, the screen just shows "gathering data..." and no listings appear. Sometimes listings will appear after a second, but most of the time it's the "gathering data..." message.

    Is there a quick fix for this before I contact NTL about it?

    I've had it for a few years now and the guide feature is not reliable at all. It used to give 3 days then it went to only showing the current day (and not past midnight!) I rang them and they said they only guaranteed the current day because they had added extra channels (at the time they added 2 new channels). Basically if you get advance schedules think yourself lucky!!!:rolleyes:
