Friend of mine introduced me to the world of 'railing' the high stakes games on full tilt tonight - aparantly phil ivey is playing in the biggest online nl game ever (500/1000 nl) at the minute. Seems to be getting destroyed by some guy called lars luzak

One sick hand - way above my head:

over already, ivey lost over 100 grand in about 20 minutes - made the stakes i was playing at the same time seem very miniscule

It's kinda weird that they have special Ivey high stakes tables because the guy has a quitting policy after losing a couple of buyins. Consequently the game can only get huge if he's winning. Huge meaning relative to some of the games we've seen before.

There have been NL games online with stacks more than 5 times as big as that Meathman, though 500/1000 is the biggest blinds ever. Check out this site to see the biggest pots ever: www.highstakesdb.com/

Yea i know spur, heard david benyamine and antonious regularly are sitting with hundreds of thousands in front of them. Would be interesting to see benya and anton playing at those blinds because as you say, its not going to get that deepstacked unless ivey is winning...
