Something i've noticed about Season 3

Is it just me or is season 3 less technical than 1 and 2? I mean, i understand that in 1 and 2 he had tattoos to basicly assist him in his plan of getting out and more importantly, stay out. (Refering to the likes of CUTE POISON being 3H2SO4(aq) + Ca3(PO4)2(aq) + 6H2O(l) ↔ 2H3PO4(aq) + 3CaSO4(aq)·2H2O(l) and 'Bolshoi Booze' translating to 32°0′09″N, 104°57′09″W etc etc etc)

    You get my meaning?

In season 3 all i've see is Micheal walking around picking at walls talking to people and putting cherry bombs in water pipes, while theres alot more action with Linc. and the firast real smart or witty thing i've seen so far has been in "Good Fences" were
Michael explains that every body is sprayed with Kesslivol, a chemical that kills the odor of decomposition. He explains that when heated to a certain degree it can corrode steel.
, but at the same time, theres no way Micheal would have know that chemical was used, they could have used Lime just as easily...

Can i get a few opinions?

Well I don't think Lime is a liquid is it? And it is white,so I assume he knew it wasn't lime.

And he had the whole Fox River break out planned, that is why it was so technical. He has been thrown into a hell on earth type situation and is trying to think of anything. You pretty much answered your own question when you said you know he had the tattoos, months of planning makes it all technical.

He doesn't really have that option this time around!

The writing has been awful since the middle of season 2.

Season 1 felt like it was all written before it was filmed.

The first half of season 2 felt the same.

The second half of season 2 felt like it was filmed and never writen.

The first episode of seaso 3 was more of the same.

    I stopped watching then.

No, Lime isn't a liquid, but it can stored much like the Kesslivol, in a can... kind of like a powder fire extinguisher, and from the distance he was looking at the grave digger... well, i dunno...

I think season 1 was only supposed to be 13 episodes, but they extended it. They definitely had the first 13 planned from the start, and had to extend the season with the failed escape attempt.

I'm still enjoying it though.... Must be a pain in the ass for Wentworth Miller to wear a longsleeve shirt in that heat (I bet they're cursing those tattoos now)

you can still see though that they aren't applying the tattoo (obviously enough) as the tattoo went up to Went's collarbones, and the long sleeve jumper he's wearing sometimes doesn't cover that.
