    kd, i have a tlp also, the model down from that and its fine. bol is also good, sorry know bugger all about the last one...

    Just a quick point:
    "Battery Option Limited (BOL) was established in 1993 in Hong Kong as a manufacturer of laptop computer batteries for IBM, Toshiba, Compaq..etc. "

    So BOL would seem to know what they're doing.

    fair point alright, i think im starting to lean back towards the BOL one, its also cheaper than the TLP

    TLP-15 is a fantastic charger, I have one myself. Work's great and does 12V's fine ;)

    Well my 4000c works cept now the fast light flickers even though it aint ment to. Seems to charge alright though.

    i have the 4000 already, it's not capable of charging anything above a 9.6, ill be going bigger than that, which is why i need a new charger, read the OP :)

    Sorry, was unclear, was posting to prove the efectiveness of TLP and that you can probably rely on them. No problems I can find cept the beeping:D

    Car battery chargers might be a good option.

    when i get a new one i probably will, i wont have any need for it since the chargers im looking at can do anywhere from 1-15 cells (1.2 - 18v)
