We are currently seeking 2 Web Developers to start work on a permanent basis.

The successful applicants should be able to show a good proficiency in PHP and MySQL along with a reasonable level of HTML+CSS and javascript. It is also advantageous to have a working knowledge using XML and SOAP. Some experience in a production / commercial environment is necessary.

Candidates should be diligent, hard working, able to make decisions, and meet deadlines.

The company is located in (Dublin) Blanchardstown, Keypoint Business Park (in Rosemount Business park).

Salary is negotiable, but will be in the region of 25K to 35K, and dependent upon experience.

If you're interested, then please PM me for more details or any questions you might have.

maybe I am out of the loop here but you want someone who works hard, makes decisions (and I presume accepts responsibility) and meet deadlines for a potential maximum of 35k?

I suppose the candidate should ask who makes the decisions on the deadlines that the poor developer must meet??

Sorry if I am coming across smart but I am being legit in my questioning.

We're not talking about managerial decisions. All deadlines are realistic and generally involve the developers input before clients are given any timeline. It's a rare day we have people in late, which for this industry is an achievement. Salary is based upon experience. We expect applicants to be either just out of college or with a couple of years experience.

Forrest I trust you are not interested, but I don;t think there is any reason for you to put a negative slant on what is a legitimate job offering. The experience is fantastic. I should add that we are seeking extra developers as we are expanding and we have a very low turnover of staff otherwise.

Fair enough Posiedon, I apologise if I put a negative slant on your advert. It is good to see that the developer is included on agreeing on deadlines, sorry but in so many occasions the developer is overlooked in this scenario (personal experience :( )

If I know anyone looking for such a position I will point them in your direction.

Best of Luck with the venture.
