I have an oregon scientific weather station and the anemometer has failed, does anyone know where I can get a replacement. the on-line shops don't appear to sell them.

Thanks snowbie, must have missed that page...

Think I shall try and fix the other one first.

Update, well finally got round to fixing it! stretched cable, so removed RJ11 (RJ25 - for the pedantic) and connected a new length of pre-terminated cable.

The conductors in those cables are extremly thin and have no strength at all.

Hopefully it will prove more reliable now.

Unfortunately replacing the cable didn't work so I ordered a replacement unit on 30 Dec, It arrived this morning and is now installed - good service.

    Third time lucky.
