Mags that take 134a and green gas

Howdy, was wondering whats the deal with airsoft weapons that can take 134a and green gas? Ive a funny feeling my deagle is well above the limit "the one time" i tried it with green. However its grand on the 134a....hows this work with the law? Do they only test with 134a? I know there are other weapons out there that can take higher powered gas.

tbh i've never heard of a pistol that can fire above 1 Joule on anything other than co2 and using co2 means using mags that can take co2 capsules and upgrading the gun so that it wont disintegrate when you fire it

Skatedude has an upgraded Deagle, which firing on green gas (or maybe even red gas) fires at 1J

What make is yours?

Regarding the law, im not sure, i've yet to hear of anyone having a pistol tested, only AEG's, so i dont know

kd, the pp's will shoot at 350-370 fps, like the one i have, and mine is set at 310 fps.

Well its a KSC stock eagle. The full metal version. Im only guessing it fires above 1J cause i got the 1J upgrade on my SG1 and it fires alot faster (to the eye....and with hop up disengaged) than that the aeg. Maybe its just a trick. TBH i cant wait to get that thing chronod (sg1) cause it doesnt seem to noticably fire faster than my mates sd5, who didnt get the upgrade. Both weapons are TM FYI. Can you get pistols chronoed at hrta? Also (off topic i know) do they have somewhere to charge batts at hrta?

chrono'ing a pistol is the same as chrono'ing an aeg, so yes

there was charging facilities at hrta 1, but dont think power has been installed yet at hrta 2.

Sweet. Thisll be our first "proper" skirmish. Not sure how much charge is left in me battery. Ill stick it on for 30 mins on a fast charger anyways.

yep, my deagle is on the 1j limit with green gas,i've a tightbore barrell and high flow valves in some of the mags, however, Thats with predator ultra gas, which i think is classed as red gas, i think red gas is a little more powerful, also depends on time of year as the gas is more powerful during summer when tempertures are higher, i'll have my chrono there tommorow if you want to test and its battery powered.

a _very_ rough way to check if it's charged is when the battery is about 10 degrees above room temperature

Yeah i stuck it on for 30 mins and came back and there was condensation on the plastic wrap and the thing was too hot to pick up. Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice
