Broadband in Grange, Cork City? (On a budget)

    Hi, any suggestions for broadband in Grange? It's for someone who just wants internet for browsing etc, not a huge user in bandwidth or time.
    They don't have a phone so I was looking at "3" or similar but judging by the
    feedback here we'll be keeping well away.
    They're on a budget and won't use it that much so any suggestions?
