turkey mince recipes wanted

do anybody have any tasty recipes using turkey mince? I got a load over the weekend and have no idea what to do with it !
I was thinking of maybe making patties with sweetcorn, chilli and ginger or somthing but really have no idea!

All suggestions welcome:)

Mix the turkey up with garlic and parsley & season.
Shape into pattys and wrap in rashers and bake in oven.

I can't remember if there were onions in there or not…
Basil might be nice in there too - maybe instead of the parsley.
But the bacon kept the patty moist. And I'm sure you could also fry them.
You could try a wee pocket of goats cheese in the middle?

I had them in a tiny restaurant in some random village in the alps in Slovenia.
I made them when I got home - sooo I think this was the general gist of the recipe, but they did taste like the ones we were served.

I tend to use it in the same way I'd use mince; lasange, meatballs, burgers, spag bol.
Its lovely lean meat that takes seasoning well!

If it is not all mushed up you can sometimes separate the little tubes apart, flick them apart with a knife so you get lots of little "maggots". I then dust them with flour mixed with spices, allow them to soak up the flour and mix with some more again, then stir fry them off small amounts at a time. On a high heat it is cooked in seconds. I just eat it with a spoon as a quick snack. It can go a bit dry if made into burgers, good for spag bol as mentioned- as it wont dry out.

Turkey mince is also good in a chili. Traditionally turkey was a more popular meat in Mexico than beef & was a more common ingredient in the ol' chili.
