    Hi,

I have been interested in Photography for a few years now and I have decided to invest in some sort of decent camera. At the moment I use a Exilm 10.1 mp camera and my Sony Ericsson Cybershot phone.

I really want to get a Digitl Slr and start taking some decent pictures, but am not sure what i should be getting and how much I should spent on a first camera.

I think I will start with a begginers course to get the basics and go from there. Any advice is greatly appreciated :)

I took this on Friday morning with my phone on the way to work, let me know what you think.

    Nice photo.

For starting out, the Canon EOS 400D is a very good camera. Check out Kea-Photo on Ebay for good prices. After that, it is then down to what lenses you want to get for the camera, depending on how much you have and what you want to photograph.

There are threads above for buying cameras. - http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055036861
