Yes you can if using Firefox you can use the plug-ins VideoDownloader, downloadhelper and there's more. they are downloaded in flash so you will a FLV player or change them to other formats.

I don't know if there's a way to download if using IE.

    Regards

Videodownloader doesn't work with Youtube any more and hasn't been updated in over a year.
DownloadHelper is the best alternative these days and works fab, even names the Youtube videos correctly with titles.

  You should be banned ;) for suggesting to install realplayer on a PC.
If you must listen to .ram streams, install Real Alternative.

    Anyone actually tried Realplayer 11?

I have and it's a major improvement over the "Please God don't install that!!!" versions of the past. Try before you slag it off.

11 beta is only available on windows at the mo but they are planning Mac and Linux versions of 11. Linux version of 11 if it has the same feature set would be the dogs _____.

Anybody know of a program that will let you download a movie which plays in real player - does the non - free version of real player let you do this?
