curved decking

    Hi Guys

    i was wondering whether anyone had any thoughts about facing off curved decking.
    the design is kinda like circles and just condsidering the best way to face off around the design to finish it.

    Are you talking about each individual curved piece edge detail. Or the perimeter curve of the entire deck.

    Depending on how high the deck is above ground level, the normal approach would be to place short vertical pieces of decking around the perimeter. And then cover the top of these with a curved piece of decking , which would cover both the edge piece of the flat deck, and the top of the short verticals at the same time.

    or if you want to be really cheeky then kerf the back of the facing (depending on how tight a curve is required) on anything from 5mm spacings up to 25mm to achieve the curve your after.
