    Hi guys,

Ok, i've got an ef civic 91 box shape and its got a crappy d15 engine in it which is burning a **** load of oil! So plan is to make it a sleeper car.

So im planing on changing the engine but i have afew worries,

    Either a B16b, b18b or a Gsr teg engine.

Problems im facing is the obd1- obd2, i know theres a conversion kit for a obd0- obd1 but thats no help with a type r engine.

Is it possible to use a obd1 distributor off a b16a for the type r engine?

    Any suggestions or ideas guys

And has anyone used Engines Direct or Traynors?

you should have no issues... if it where me id just buy a second honda of same year for 100-200 and just swap engines.. no point putting a new engine till you casn afford insurance ( and tbh i dont think the cars work a re0frub engien cause its not really worth spending much on ( imo ;) )
