Hi, I am a bit tight for cash and saw a HiSense LCD TV. It looked nice (In the big Aussie superstore !!) It's 26'' HD-Ready. I am wondering if anyone has any experiences of it.

Also does anyone know who makes their LCD screens??

    Cheers

This is thrown around a lot by people trying to justify buying a cheapo flat panel when realistically they know already , you get what you pay for.

They may only be a few makers of screens , but a screen alone does not a good Flat panel make , the scaling electronics , the quality of the backlight , etc etc etc are vitally important , so who makes the screen will not make this budget flat panel any better than what you already know it is , its trash !

Flat panel TV's have not reached the stage where there is a good bottom standard regardless of price , only the big name players make decent TV's at this moment in time , and the budget players throw out some appalling rubbish. This is one of them.
