transfering music from ipod to laptop

I just got a laptop and was wondering if I can transfer the muic from my ipod onto my laptop?? Dont seem to be able to just click and drag!! Any ideas?? Cheers!!

Download this freeware app http://sourceforge.net/projects/ipoddisk/ follow the installation instructions and enable your ipod as a drive that you can copy your music from (and onto your laptop).

its a .dmg file.. I looked this up and its only for macs..
Is there any other program for windows??
