iweb 06 and iweb 08 ( calling iweb people)

    I am still using ilife 06 and plan to buy ilfe 08 very soon.

    I see ( internet) that you get a new site with iweb 08 and i was wondering what info can anyone, who uses iweb 08 share with me and other users about the big switch from 06. All info would be great, please.

    If i get no replies to this i will share my findings when i move to iweb 08. But i was hoping someone would do the donkey work before me.

    One thing that has me wondering --- When you upgrade to ilife 08 does all your pictures from iphoto 06 go into iphoto 08 or do you have to load all the pictures into iphoto 08 from a copy ( hard drive or cd) ?

    It's a pity you do not use iweb. but i reckon all ilife 06 things disappear into thin air. If one bought ilife 06 they would have the cd, but it came in my computer when i bought it Or would one have to save some of the ilife apps, like make a copy and how would one do that ?

    Is there a comic book in ilife 08 ? i love comic book and use it now and again.

    i am not the most technological person here but I have iLife 08 and when i ran i photo all photos came across seemlessly.

    All rolls on iphoto 06 became the themes.

    Pretty easy

    Actually yeah, it helped. I bought ilife last night so i should have it in the next day or two.
    I reckon i will have two web sites now because of iweb, but i might get rid of the old one. I will see.

    DON'T KNOW IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN IWEB

    But anyway, i was watching a video on youtube and the man said to make a copy of your iweb before you install ilife 08. That's what i did.
    So now, after i install iweb 08 i can restore my iweb 06 and have them side by side. But i will have to rebuild my site. I can copy stuff off my old iweb and paste it onto my new iweb. A lot of people have had trouble, i hope to have no trouble. I hope. I think Apple slipped up badly here by making people rebuild their websites.
    Well thats the first step. Now i just have to wait for ilife to come.
    If i can i will keep my old site and just have imoves HD 6 on it. If i am allowed.

    I just use my website ( which i just started about 4 or 5 months ago) for family and friends to see. But seen as one can have google ads i am wondering will i let my site be seen by others, like all of you in here. So you will click onto the ads and make money for me of course. With some luck the ads could pay for a software for my mac each year.
