What email systems does everyone use in the workplace? Is everyone on Outlook, Lotus Notes or Groupwise? I just need some suggestions for an alternate email client (we use Groupwise) for a project report that i am doing in college.

    Lotus Notes here.
I've used outlook before as well and found it better for straight forward emailing but LN has a a lot more to offer in terms of shared resources such as team rooms, group email, calendar management etc.

    I use evolution (on linux).

    Thunderbird's worth looking at too.

Well, the current program used is Novells Groupwise, and i was going to research replacing it with Outlook, Gmail (as they now offer enterprise solutions), an open-source client (such as Thunderbird or Eudora). And i'll probably stick in Lotus as well. Didnt realise it was a popular.

Also, if anyone could point me in the direction of any usage stats for different clients (i.e. % of people who use Outlook, GW etc..) that would be fantastic.
