    HI
I have ordered from pixmania.ie a couple of times in the past and my deliveries have always been prompt. However I ordered a mouse and a gamepad from them last tuesday and it is still yet to arrive. When placing the order I was told that only standard delivery was available for this item(I was annoyed because i was able to order 2 memory card with express UPS last week) so i had to settle for parcelfroce. And at that I am still annoyed that my parcel wasnt "advised" to parcel force until 2 days after I ordered.

Thats the status of a few minutes ago. Should I expect delivery today? Apparently its EURO48 service which should be with me in 2 working days of postage. Who delivers parcelforce items??An post? or do I have to wait for a courier??
    Thanks alot

Isn't parcelforce part of royal mail ?? ,royal mail are having strikes at the moment .

It will probably be 2 or 3 days longer.

    Hi

I'm also waiting for a parcel, so I called today anpost who said they don't deliver Parcel Force stuff they said Items are deliver by GLS that was also confirmed by Parcel Force.

Parcel Force are not on strike or so they say in the website.

The tracking in my parcel is:

    Date Time Location Tracking Event

06-10-2007 03:16 International Hub Left origin country
06-10-2007 03:15 International Hub Despatched from hub
06-10-2007 00:04 International Hub Arrived at outward Office of Exchange
05-10-2007 19:04 National Hub Sorted in hub

    Hi

Have to rectify my comment above, even that Anpost and parcel Force said it was GLS when I check my tracking in the Parcel Force website today I can see an update

08-10-2007 22:32 Delivery Agent - AnPost Arrived in destination country

I can now track my item in the Anpost website.

Wondering myself what the story is with my item.

Ordered on Thursday and was asked for security, proof of ID/address. Fair enough, first time buying from them so that was grand. Hadn't anything with me in work on Thursday, so I brought the necessary documents in on Friday and sent them off.

It's now Tuesday and, as far as I can make out, my items haven't left the warehouse in Paris. The attached jpeg shows the current status of my order; when I checked yesterday morning, the HDMI cable and screen cleaners were listed in the 'Qty Del.' (Quantity Delivered?) column, while the TV was in the 'Waiting' column. I thought 'Balls, the TV is out of stock, I'll be waiting weeks for it now.' Checked back later and the TV had moved into the 'Qty. Del.' column so I thought, 'Oh wait, I must have gotten one of the last ones, nice one.' Now it's just been static like this for the last 18 hours. Apparently the boxes are packed and sitting in Paris. I can access my invoices for the two packages, but I haven't gotten an e-mail about delivery or tracking number yet.

In fairness, I wasn't really expecting them this week seeing as I didnt get the security documentation in until Friday, but they haven't been dispatched and it's three days since I proved my proof of address - four since I ordered. Hmm.

    Hi

Mine was like that for about a day or even longer after that you will see the tracking number, but even after you see it you might be waiting for more than 2 days to get to you, as it looks like goes to parcel Force in the UK 1st then to Anpost or GLS

    Regards
