I was on another site and asking about VOIP and a guy on the site told me to get a Dongle(or something) and just get some cheap phone from Argos to use!

I basically will only be using the VOIP (once or twice a week) to ring a landline in England and a mobile in OZ.

Any idea where i could get a Dongle ?

    Cheers

If it's only to use it once or twice a week, I'd use a soft phone, check out Xten Lite or something like that with a headset plugged directly into the PC. Other than that, you're looking at buying an ATA which will cost you about €70, then you'll need to buy the phone. Even calling OZ and England, it might take a while to re-coup the costs.

Can you get one of them in Argos ? Xten Lite

One of the calls il be making (landline to UK) will be to a ticketline and i could be pressing redial for up to 2 hours trying to get through,so whatever is userfriendly from that point of view ?

    X-Lite it's called. User-friendly all right.

    Download from here.
