    This should do it....

Have you been able to access their SUPPORT page?

Some forum sites I found on Google regard gomusic.ru as a legit and working site and some have had serious problems. As gomusic is appearently a rather new shopping site they may simply be experiencing serious technical issues. However, some cannot even get their Support requests answered.

What adware programs did you run. I highly recommend Spybot Search & Destry and ewido. No need to buy ewido, after the Trial period is over it can be updated and run manually.

    Also,
Cleaning out temp files may help. Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System tools > Disk Cleanup > OK > place a check mark beside each item EXCEPT "Compress old files".

Then click on the "More files" tab. Under System restore click on "Cleanup" > OK > OK > OK.

After Disk cleanup has completed, make sure that Temporary Internet files has in fact been cleaned up. Go to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options. On the General tab under Temporary Internet files click on Delete files > select Delete all offline content > OK > Clear History > Yes > OK.

Empty the Recycle bin if it contains anything.

    Also,
At Internet Options > Security tab is the site listed in Trusted Or Restricted sites?

    Hope something here is helpful
