    Just got his album Matine there yesterday and after giving it quite a few listens have to say I quite like it.

    His style can be a bit repetitive but sure he has some nice little songs. You can just bob your head to them bit of an old smile, sure ya know!

    What did anyone else think of it?

    He's a perfect ipod shuffle artist-if one song turns up, it'd be alright, but more than that is pushing it. Repetitive as you say.

    Ray D'arcy played a song from him the other day and i though it was quite good but i forgot the name of it. I'd say it's the first single from that album, does anyone know what that is?

    I'd say the song you heard was "Torn On The Platform"

    Great song. Listened to a couple of his other songs and liked them. Might pick up the album during the week.

    he's pretty cool yeah...i only like his singles 'spit at stars' and 'torn on the platform'...his dancing is funny in a 'makes me smile' kinda way..

    the song you heard was second, minute or hour i heard it aswell.

    he is playing the sugar club this weekend, i'm making the long trek from limerick to see him. i previously saw him earlier this year at a festival, had never heard of him before but he was fantasic. he dances, yaaaay.

    must of posted that from a phone or something as he should of been on stage at that time.

    yes, i copped that this morning. got my dates mixed up, thought he was playing next sunday. but hey, thats life and it sucks.
