Hi folks,

Hope someone can help me with this cos I'm NOT a computer expert

Recently, if i try to close a browser window, i get an error message and explorer closes down completely. If i have more than one window open, they all close. The message starts with ..."Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" Then I get an option to send an error report.

Any ideas?
