I just watched the Sox and the Angels game from October 3rd last night, it was awesome, and its free too which makes it even better. Hopefully they will keep updating the games soon? do you know how we can see a schedule of the games for Joost?

Its not live, supposedly 24 hour delay, but I think it is more like 3 days which is fine, better than paying to watch it
