windows installer help

When I try to delete something off my desktop or right click the desktop windows installer appears. it seems to be trying to install symantec antivirus which I dont have. Anyone got any ideas on what I should do?

Are you using XP, or what? If yes, goto http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039?OpenDocument and get the removal tool for whichever version you have. With Symantec/Nortons, you sometimes gotta force the b|tch off your machine.
