I am Asian, just 35 years old. You know, the normal hair for Asian is black. But my hair for about 20% is going white. Actually when I was 19, I found my hair became gray, but now it is become white.

Any ways to avoid gray or white hair on young age, and how to cure it?

When you start to go grey and how much grey you get is down to genetics. There's no way to stop it.
I am 26 and have some grey but luckily i've been dying my hair since I was a teenager so it doesn't bother me too much.

Would you consider using a dye?

I've been getting greys since I was 17, my mum was the same. You can't prevent it. I've been dying my hair since I was 17 too so it's no biggie for me. I'm also black-haired.
Think about it though: at least you still have your hair. Going grey is far less traumatising than going bald. And hair dye is far more appealing than a wig. People who DON'T have grey hairs get their hair dyed regularly, so it's really no big deal. My hair grows really quickly so the grey roots start to show after about three or four weeks, but I'm the only one who notices it.

If there is no ways to cure my hair, I think I need to consider using a dye.

Bu how long a dye will stand? A week? What should I do to dye my hair?
