    Those are really more anocryms than buzzwords, a buzzword would be like, 'synergize' or 'quantalize' or 'paradigm'.

    Yes that's true. I made this as an attachement for e-mail a few years ago. The term buzzword applys only to some of them though like 3G or DNA.

    I posted it in Lifehacking because they are examples of things you might see or hear in the media or out in the street.

    excuse the overly nerdy reply but this is confused a lot:

    Bits Per Second: bit/s can be less formally written bps (but note lower case b) as the upper case Bps is used for Bytes per second (8 bits = 1 Byte)

    I think the CD-RW actualy stands for Compact Disc - Rewritable
