    Hi all,

I am thinking of starting my own business, I have read that there is an Enterprise Allowance available, however I don't think I can qualify for this as I have not been out work for long enough. My question is whether there are any allowances/schemes available for young entrepreneurs (21)? I don't think my business work require full time attention for a few years yet so the venture would I suppose only be part time on my part.

Also to establish an IT company (web design, software design, consultation, etc) would I be better off as a sole trader or limited company. My own viewpoint is Ltd but can anyone help. Also being unemployed, can I reduce the cost of incorporation etc.
