Submiting a FORM12 tax return for 2006

    Hi All,

I need to complete a FORM12 tax return for 2006 in relation to Capital gains tax and the sale of some shares.

As far as I can see there is a section devoted to this on the FORM12 pdf that I downloaded from the revenue website. "Capital Gain and Chargeable Assets"

As I'm an employee and not a trading company is it necessary to complete all the other sections on this form aside from the the personal details.

If anyone have experience with completing a FORM12 for the purpose of capital gains and or sale or shares, I'd be very grateful for any advice they could give.

    Thanks.
