Does anyone remeber this cartoon???!!

it was as gaeilge and it was set in a town where all the people were walking talking babies.
it even had a bar where u could go in and get a milk bottle to drown you sorrows.
if i remember correctly i think it was a tad un pc as the only coloured person in it was the piano player in bar.

I actually remember it in English. Didn't they drink babies bottles in bars like it was beer? and there was a pretty girl baby who wore high heels and whose skirt rakishly blew up to reveal her nappy (kind of paedophilic actually) I'm wondering how much I dreamt about it now and how much is real!

In first class we were told to watch this as homework - got to agree with Bouli, it even had a better theme tune
