Hi there- I wonder whether anyone can help me. My friend was banned for drink driving for 2years and this was before the new laws came into affect this year in march. He wants to apply for restoration of his licence after 1 year but is worried that this is no longer possible? He is very worried cos he has a family to…

He is very worried cos he has a family to support and is paying some one to drive him around to keep himself self employed.......would this be taken into account?
