    I moved to Galway for college and have started a band with a few others and would ideally like to take a Celtic Punk direction:

    Flogging Molly,Dropkick Murphys, The Tossers, The Pogues etc.

    We already have guitars, a bass and a drummer lined up with our bassist being able to play tin whistle, however it'd be great if anyone able to play a traditional instrument would be interested in joining.

    NUIG tradsoc meets every Tuesday in the Crane Bar. Up to 15 musicians there on a good night - you could probably find someone interested there.
