Halo 3 - the bugs and issues list!

With some of the feedback we have seen from boardsies with their halo disks being scratched and the save bug, im curious to see what issues and bugs are out there and how many of you are effected? I for one experienced the corrupt save file and had to go back to the start. :mad:
