Dell and McAfee issue

    Hi I just bought an Dell 9200 and bought 3yrs worth of the McAfee protection.

    Thing is I can't get McAfee activated so it is useless just now... I came across a similar user who ran a batch file and it created a missing file and then it worked. Not for me it didn't.

    Want to see if there is a sensible easy fix before i pick up the phone to Dell... They will prob say it's not their issue and say phone McAfee... :eek:
