I want to have a webcam conversation with my friend who uses a Mac on MSN, but he can't find the right MSN. Which MSN is it that allows you to do so?

Try iChat... setting up your msn account on jabber (need a passport) to be able to use the webcam with msn... alternatively use gmail address through jabber without much setup, if you have one... or yahoo which offers a webcam option.

Use aMSN! It allows all the functions of the winXP Msn afaik including webcam. I only use it for webcam though I don't like the interface when you could be using the likes of adiumX.

Skype is a cross platform alternative with excellent results for me. I use a MBP iSight camera and life is grand to the french lads PowerMac with external iSight camera.

iChat is ****e, go with aMSN to get the job done. Just because 440Hz doesn't like it, doesn't mean it's bad or won't get the job done.

Does this work now? I've tried it before and messaging worked fine, but no joy with the iSight

I had it working before but then deleted my msn a/c from iChat so can't give you much more info on it :( I'll have a look tomorrow and see if there are any clues to remember what I did!!
