I have recently been promoted into a consultancy role. I am looking for a training program that focuses on core consultancy skills. Can anyone recommend one?

What kind of consultancy? HR, IT, business?

Training, Learning & Performance. However, consultancy skills are kind of the same regardless of the field you specialise in. Any suggestions would be very welcome.

I work as a management consultant. TBH core consulting skills could be described as being focussed around people skills, presentation and speaking skills, business writing and analytical skills. It's hard to describe, but the best people I work with are really good "people" people while also being very intelligent and knowledgeable.

If you've been promoted to this role, then your employer must feel that you are able to deliver the goods. Do you feel that you are lacking in any particular area?
