New drive showing - don't know what it is

A new drive has mysteriously appeared on 'My computer'. I have a card reader which was automatically assigned the letter 'F' but now 'F' has been assigned to something else. When the card reader is plugged in, it now shows up as drive 'G'. I have checked under 'Computer Management' and the mystery drive is untitled but the following is stated:

3.29GB FAT32 Healthy (EISA configuration) free space 1.66GB

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Do you have a 4gb card or flash drive plugged in you do not know about??
Although it might not exist... Can you actually go into it in my computer and read/coppy stuff to it?
I have seen where cards or memory keys are taken out without being stopped first and they leave behing a ghost drive...
