I meant to say that this exhibition by Steve Bloom is finishing up on 7th October. It's actually in St. Stephen's Green and is incredible. Absolutely stunning photography. There is a shop in the Green shopping centre with books, posters ans stuff. I picked up the book "Untamed". At €45 it is a steal.

If you can make it at all do get there.

I went in to have a look at this exhibition today. Definitely worth the visit, both to the large prints in St. Stephen's Green and to the shop which is on the first floor of the shopping centre. They have a video interview with Steve Bloom playing in the shop, which I found really interesting. Lots of prints, books, calendars, posters etc for sale.

Danny - your photo looks great in large print.

Hey Danny I meant to say!!! My oldest (11 - 6th class primary) went in to see this yesterday with his school. I only found out afterwards (the school is on SCR and very close and they often walk into the green) but he went off this morning with a copy of last week's magazine in hand and all proud as punch that his mammy knows a published photographer he could show his teacher :D:D:D:D He also said he loved Bloom's works, and the film in the shopping centre (??). Although he didn't specifically remember seeing your shot he is in all reality the personification of both Kevin AND Perry, so I would take it as a huge compliment he didn't totally deny your existence, or say he hates you.

So there you go. That's real fame for you... :)

I went in to have a look this morning. Very impressive. Purchased Untamed as well.

I stood at your photo for a while Danny, and it was proving to be a very popular picture. I overheard one girl calling it evil :D

    Ain't that sweet? :D

I must ring the Times and find out if they will give me the enlargements when they are finished with them.
Darren: Untamed is great even if it is so big it's hard to hold.
