Racism on front page of Shoot Magazine?

On the front page there is a picture of Tevez (Man utd) and Gerard (Liverpool). Speech bubbles have been added and it would appear that Gerard is calling Tevez Ape boy. Surely this cannot be allowed in a childrens magazine.
