How to backup your wii games

Is it possible to make backup copies of wii games, if so how.

Don't think we're allowed discuss this sort of stuff on these forums. It's certainly thin ice anyway. The legality of back-ups is a tenacious issue.

Oh yes, and that makes it a lot less illegal.... :rolleyes:

Anyway, discussion of Backing games up are banned as mentioned in the sticky and even if you did back them up, you'd still need to modify your Wii so that you could play these backups.

I thought it was possible to save them onto an SD card. I'm sure I saw an option in the wii menu somewhere for copying data.

Thats for VC games. Nintendo wouldn't allow backups of their discs.

Yes it is possible to do it but you need to have a modded wii.
