Photo size for the RTE Weather Comp

    Looking for some advice on this.. I have two photos I want to enter but they are only 2.5mb in size but they state on the rte rules that the minimum size has to be 4Mb.. This seems a little unusual to me and extremely restrictive on people who can enter.. Any ideas?? Is it possible to upsize or should I enter anyway?

    Also a reminder of all who want to enter, its closes tomorrow night at 12.

    On another note, I am still looking for a room in Dublin, close to Aungier street DIT or on luas line..

    You can try upsizing in PS or PSE. I have to confess I did a bad thing a few weeks ago and upped the size of an image to 5m across (accidental didn't change measurement unit from cm to pixels) and even though it nearly ground my spanking new computer to a halt, I was slightly surprised by how good the upsizing was quality was. I thought it'd be catastrophically badly pixellated.

    They state the minimum resolution - that makes sense. To state a minimum file size doesn't. It might be a misprint. Perhaps the MAXIMUM file size is 4MB ?

    @thirdfox ... Ya only entering one..

    @calina and hmboards .. I was thinking it was meant to be max size but its a huge mistake to make and surely they would have corrected it by now..

    Will send one in anyway
