    I need the name of a really good cough bottle guaranteed to ease a cough ASAP and something that will ease symptoms of flu also

    sore throat , lighheadedness and general crappyness

    Benylyn Cold and flu night and day capsules. There's 3 tablest during the day and one to knock you out at night. They're super! Best I've used.

    For a flu's aches and pains - Solpadeine, it contains codeine, which is derived from morphine (so you're actually getting high while fighting your flu)

    A good jalfrezi or something hotter then to burn the whole thing out of you...
