I listen to Morning Ireland everyday...but theres one thing that really annoys me.

When Cathal Mac Coille is interviewing someone and the interviewee is responding, you can hear him sighing, jotting notes down, breathing through his nose and lots of other things....I really wish he didnt do that....especially the sighing...it makes it sound as thoygh hes not interested in what the other person is saying..anyone else notice this or is it just me??

Anyone know where Richard Downs has gone??...liked him!

Richard Downes tends to come and go, he does a fair bit of TV work. He may be in Baghdad making tut tuting sounds about the USA even as I type! ;)

Someone told me Vincent Browne will be presenting Morning Ireland all next week, I assume to promote his upcoming current affairs programme that starts in a week or two.

    I'm morbidly curious about this.

He was - his new show starts on TV3 in a week or two (It's a nightly news/current affairs programme although details on format are sketchy... I think it'll replace the nightly news they have on at 11pm or so)
