    Found this on another site:

There on ebay, I'm after buying for $15 including shipping. Wonder how they'll work.

Why bother? The GC controller is so much better than the horrid dual shock design.

I'm familiar with both. Once I have obtained the convertor, I'll be the judge of which is better or not, thanks.

Because the information about a Nintendo Wii/Gamecube peripheral is relevant to the Nintendo forum. Ironically, your post has little point at all other than to start an arguement.

I have used the PS2 controller on PS2 games. I have used the GC controller on GC, Snes, Megadrive, MSX, TGFX etc. I have found the GC controller to be good on GC games but not great on the virtual console side.

From previous side scrolling experiences, the PS2 controller was quite comfortable to use. Perhaps this item may provide a less frustrating experience for the retrogamers.

Please do not bother replying if you're going to reply with dribble. Use PM instead, thanks.

No more abuse Lordlame or I'll have to ban you.

In my experience while the GC controller isn't great for VC games the PS2 pad is far worse. It had by far the worst D-pad known to man kind (yes even worse than the GC one since the GC actually recognises diagonals) and the analogue sticks aren't great compared to the GC stick. Even then what you really want is a good game pad or arcade stick with 6 face buttons since Street Fighter 2 is a nightmare with only 4 face buttons.
