When is a classic car 30 years old for VRT purposes?

    I have a car that was first registered in November 1978 and was going to bring it in in January 2008.
    The question is will the revenue classify it as being 30 years old OR will they say I have to wait to November 2008?

    Well if I was born on 30th November 1978, when would i become 30 years old?

    Yes its on the 30th anniversary of its first registration date. You have to be able to prove this through registration documents etc. :)
