    Armed with an upbringing in traditional Irish music and having tread the boards for a few years, Bernard has emerged at the vanguard of new Irish comic talent. As one half of the duo TJ & TJ on The Last Word (Today FM), Bernard is honing his talent and expanding his fanbase on a daily basis.     BERNARD O' SHEA: Bernard started out in entertainment at an early age playing traditional irish music where he toured the world with several groups. While at college he studied Theatre and went on to star in several theatrical productions and also worked in the nation theatre of Ireland "The Abbey Theatre". He won the Harp Newcomer Comedy Award in 2000 and performed in the BBC Newcomer awards the same year.

    Bernard was chosen to perform in The Montreal Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in 2005 and also The Killkenny Cats Laugh Festival 2005/2006. His television credits include RTE's (Irish Television) The Liffey Laugh, Naked Camera, Just for Laughs, Other TV credits include Paramount "The World Stands Up" and The BBC's Newcomer Awards. He is one half of TJ and TJ on Today FM's "The Last Word"

    Where any of ye at it?

    Great night - didn't think much of the support act but Bernard himself was on-fire. Was crying from laughter at one stage.
    Can't wait for his next gig!
