return 3 modem?

    Hi,
    I got the 3 usb modem online about 3 months ago.
    It was crap so i cancelled it and rang the rep to ask where to send the modem to get my refund of €129

    Yer man said he would send me a envelope to return it. It still hasnt arrived!!
    I rang about 6 times more over the last 3 months. Still no envelope.

    Does anyone else have this problem?
    i would like to get my money back from this utterly crap service?
