Problem this morning with Ryanair

    Not sure if this is the right forum or not but seemed most relevant.
    Yesterday morning I booked a flight with Ryanair for this morning for my dad. Printed off the receipt, got him a rental car etc.
    Then he calls me this morning from Dublin airport and says that Ryanair have no record of the flight and wont accept his ticket/receipt thingy.
    They then made him wait in line and pay full price for another ticket.
    Now as I have a valid receipt and e-mai lfrom Ryanair is there anything ew can do about it?
    Also where could I complain? Considering all you get when you ring Ryanair is an automated answering machine?
