DownThemAll Problem

So I was downloading a demo of World In Conflict using DownThemAll extension for Firefox. Its a 1.2GB file! Just when it was finished Firefox crashed! Now when I try to open the file, it says it's broken/corrupted. How can I fix it without having to re-download?

I don't think there is. Give FreeDownloadManager a go I've found it to be more reliable for resumes.
