    How does one go about getting a new forum setup? Who would I contact? I tried using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page but the message came back failed.

    go to the sys>forums forum, start a thread requesting the forum and people will give their input and then an admin will make a decision.

    You need to go here and request a forum. If there is enough interest the forum might be setup. Its the admins decision.
