    Hey,
Curious as to what the situation is here. A local take away has leaflets at the counter with its menu and prices. A similar menu is on their display above the counter - also with prices.

The leaflet lists two cheese pizzas - one Small and one Medium. Price listed to.
The display unit lists the same pizzas and same sizes. Different price.
Take-Away charges the price on the display unit, and is aware the leaflet has wrong prices in it. Yet they dont take them away.

Im curious as to what price is supposed to be used? Like, should a client get the cheaper one or the one the business chooses?

Doesnt bother me in the slightest, only a small difference. Just wondered wat the situation was! :)

In retail listed prices are only an entreat to sale, which means they can be pretty much changed at any point. I am sure however in this case it is different as this is more false advertising.

Nah it's not false advertising as it definitely falls under the invitation to treat category. It's plain and simple bad business practice indeed because no business should want to be cheeky like that if they want customers to return. But legally there's nothing wrong with it.
